LGBTQ History in St. Louis: First Pride

The menu to the left contains an overview article of the 1979 Celebration of Gay Pride activities at Washington University. There are also several links to supporting documents. Another "root" of the 1980 Celebration is the National March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights, held on Oct. 14, 1979. The article on Lesbian Groups is only partially complete; a work in progress.
