Tyrannosaurus
sex

There was an awesome creature—Tyrannosaurus Sex,
Starred in a class B feature set in jungles quite complex.
He preyed on other animals and on his own kind too
And justified it, saying, "Nature called me this to do."
Another tiny creature, more warm-blooded than the beast
Evolved, and he was not intimidated in the least.
His sisters and his brothers built a lifestyle of their own
In less appealing sectors of Tyrannosaurus' zone.
As this came to their
awareness, (much more dim than you'd believe),
All those giants stomped and snorted, their frustration to relieve.
Some among them called it sickness, others called it evil, too,
And they plotted and conspired to eliminate this crew.
But Aquarius continued to exist amidst the shout,
For wherever life and love exists, it's hard to stamp it out.
And mostly due to wisdom and due process in the law
They emerged but slightly smitten by the crude marauder's paw.
Because Tyrannosaurus Sex was gripped by fear so real,
He left his children unattended out of ignorance and zeal,
And because they were accustomed to surviving on the dregs,
Aquarians feasted on Tyrannosaurus' eggs.
The dinosaurs died out, although it took a million years,
And with them died their hatred anad their gluttony and fears.
The newer generation grew and filled up all this space,
Though some of them, you might allege, had egg upon their face.
Well, perhaps you have a point, but I think the point is moot,
For Aquarians had learned from this and didn't stomp and shoot.
They built a world where life and love was really quite complex,
And this wouldn't have been easy with Tyrannosaurus Sex.
